About the home/Company:
A newly established service provider (with legislative-bodies) providing of registered care and support for disabled and vulnerable groups and individuals who may be homeless, and/or in need of accommodation.
We are seeking a Deputy Manager to support the lead on a development project for an Ofsted Regulated provision of Semi-independent Supported Living for Children and Young People (aged 16+) in Ashford, Surrey.
The property is located between Heathrow and Ashford, in a quiet, residential area, providing 6 studio flats, with large shared kitchen, open plan dining and community area, spacious garden; and a dedicated staff office.
Essentials
- Level 3 Diploma in Management and Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Children and Young People's Residential Management) with significant experience.
- Minimum 1 years' experience as a Deputy Manager
- Current DBS and Update service
- Current Driving License (preferred, but not essential)
Experience:
- Deputy Management in a children's residential: 1 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
