Property Paralegal /Junior Fee Earner

The Role:
- You will be working closely under the direction and supervision of the solicitors
- Handling your own caseload or property matters
- Drafting contracts
- Raising and answering enquiries
- Applying for land searches
- Review Title
- Review Authority searches and raise enquiries
- Handle exchanges and completions
- Draft letters, statutory declarations, statements of truth, sale contracts, land registry applications
- Legal research
- To chase/liaise with clients and other parties such as Estate Agents, Site Negotiators and Solicitors for key information for file matter
- To effectively build relationships with clients and other parties such as Estate Agents
- You will be encouraged to participate in innovative marketing and business development activities
The Candidate
- 2 years' recent experience within a Residential Property , Some new build experience would be advantageous
- Paralegal qualifications/experience
- Computer literate. Sound working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible approach to work
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client care
- Effectively prioritise and have excellent organisation skills for a fast paced workload with tight deadlines
- Ability to wok with figures
