The Role:
As a Senior Service Advisor, you'll be the main point of contact for customers, managing vehicle check-ins, updates, and ensuring a smooth service experience. Your strong organisational skills and ability to build customer relationships are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and manage vehicle bookings
- Provide updates on vehicle progress and ensure timely service completion
- Maintain product knowledge and upsell services
- Keep accurate records
Requirements:
- Experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or automotive setting
- Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
The Package:
- Salary: £29,000 - £31,000 + up to £40,000 OTE
