Accounts Assistant
Up to £27,000 + Hybrid Working

Elevation Recruitment Accountancy & Finance are searching for an Accounts Assistant to join a well established SME business based in Sheffield.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices efficiently and accurately
- Address and resolve both internal and external inquiries
- Perform supplier account reconciliations
- Provide support with sales ledger tasks
- Assist with payroll functions
- Offer assistance to the AP/AR Manager and the broader finance team as needed
Skills & Experience Required:
We are looking for candidates with the following skills, knowledge, and experience:
- Prior experience in a purchase ledger role
- Proficient in invoice processing
- Familiar with GRN/GRNI reconciliation procedures
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Ability to prioritise and handle heavy workloads effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Capability to identify and suggest process improvements
