Our client is urgently seeking a hard-working, committed and experienced individual to work in their Customer Services Administration department. This role requires a meticulous and organised individual, who can meet tight deadlines and discreetly handle a high volume of enquiries, involving sensitive, complex and large amounts of information.
Specific Responsibilities will include:
- Receive, log, and process enquiries, ensuring all requests are handled in accordance with GDPR and other relevant data protection laws.
- Gather and collate necessary information and documentation from various systems to fulfil requests and create document bundles for posting.
- Communicate effectively with data subjects to acknowledge receipt of their requests, provide updates, and deliver the final response within regulatory timeframes.
- Maintain accurate records of all requests and actions taken to process them.
- Prepare regular reports on activities and compliance status for management review.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the development of best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of GDPR.
- Experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to prioritise workloads, using initiative to make decisions independently, ensuring delivery of all objectives while adhering to company policies.
