Beauty halls at Boots have changed and so has the education we give our teams in store. We're looking for a Beauty Digital Design Specialist to join our existing beauty education team.

Are you obsessed with Beauty? Here at Boots, we are revolutionizing Beauty. This role is responsible working closely with our premium beauty and premium hair partners to help shape our digital learning offer for our beauty teams in store.

You will be an integral member of the team, creating digital learning and writing learning content that is suited to a blended learning experience for our colleagues in store. By working closely with our field training team, you will be accountable for building learning solutions to help build the capability of our beauty teams.

What you'll need to have

  • Passion for design with at either mid or advanced level
  • Stakeholder management
  • Effective time management
  • High degree of impact and influence
  • Enthusiastic about beauty and products and are passionate about the connections between building capability and the result this can have on sales in beauty
  • Eager to learn about and implement latest thinking in L&D and beauty trends, including digital, virtual, design, delivery and learning theories whilst developing the rest of the L&D team

It would be great if you also have

  • Growth mindset and can stretch peoples thinking and ability to strive for the best outcome
  • Able to work well under pressure, manage conflicting priorities and have ‘big conversations' around trade-offs and priorities with project planning and co-ordination skills
  • Experience in teaching and educational content writing
  • Beauty brand experience
  • A skill in delivering learning through digital means (e.g., webinars, live online learning)
  • Basic skills in presenting or facilitating training in either small or large groups.
