One of the leading names within the real estate, now looking to grow their building consultancy team in Manchester. Currently, the Manchester office is over 350 people strong with a well-established project management team and they are looking to grow the technical building surveying arm. This company values everyone's ideas and rewards hard teamwork. It is based in Manchester in a beautiful, modern office with easy access to local amenities and public transport.
Your new role
You will look after professional work (dilapidation, surveys, planned maintenance etc) and small refurb projects. Working across offices, industrial, retail and shopping centres. Your commercial experience and client connections will mean you will be successful in growing the business further and in effect progress your career to a director/ partner level.
What you'll need to succeed
A chartered building surveyor with experience looking after projects, delivering technical building surveys as well as working closely with clients, developing new business and supporting in mentoring junior surveyors.
If you are a senior or principal surveyor looking for the next move, this could be the perfect match for you.
