Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive monitoring of IT systems
  • Installation & Configuration of hardware, software, and IT infrastructure
  • Diagnosing system errors and other issues
  • Help desk and incident management
  • Ensuring IT support processes are followed and documented
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Providing onsite and remote support
