Location: Oxford OX2 0JJ (Recruiting across the Midlands)
Salary: Up to £33,000 + uncapped bonus

Your Role:

  • Proactive business development and networking
  • Building and maintaining client and candidate relationships
  • Sourcing top talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and other methods
  • Delivering exceptional service in the life sciences sector
  • Meeting targets and KPIs

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years in 360 recruitment or related field
  • Demonstrated capabilities in business development and winning new clients
  • Independent, self-starter with a competitive edge
  • Financially driven and ambitious
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
