Location: Oxford OX2 0JJ (Recruiting across the Midlands)
Salary: Up to £33,000 + uncapped bonus

Your Role:
- Proactive business development and networking
- Building and maintaining client and candidate relationships
- Sourcing top talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and other methods
- Delivering exceptional service in the life sciences sector
- Meeting targets and KPIs
What You Bring:
- 3+ years in 360 recruitment or related field
- Demonstrated capabilities in business development and winning new clients
- Independent, self-starter with a competitive edge
- Financially driven and ambitious
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
