Salary Range: £24k-£25k (Pro-Rata, Experience & Qualifications Dependent)

Community Systems (NL) Ltd is a Government-Funded Training Provider with over 35 years of experience within the industry. Historically, we have delivered in London & The Southcoast, at present we predominantly deliver in: Wembley/Greenwich & Luton covering the following Courses:

Courses:

  • Adult Careers & Guidance (NCS) National Careers & Guidance
  • Adult Wellbeing & Confidence (Mind/Body & Health)
  • ESOL (Pre-Entry)
  • ESOL Entry Levels 1,2 & 3 (C&G Qualifications)
  • Math's & Budgeting/Living with Numbers (C&G Qualifications)
  • Basic Skills, Reading, Writing (C&G Qualifications)
  • Employment Prep & Pastoral Care

Our Role (supported & funded by the government) is to look after people who need support finding their way through their Life Journey, Life in General and most importantly their Wellbeing. We are fully Accredited by City & Guilds, Government Office, Cyber Essentials, Ofsted & MATRIX!

Alongside our Traditional Classroom Training/Coaching, we also deliver our services outside in the fresh air in line with our well-being principles. We believe and encourage our learners/customers to invest in their life & health; mentally & physically and know outside learning is truly beneficial to everyone as well as classroom-based learning whilst belonging to a team.

We are currently seeking a new member to join our Support/Customer Service Team here at Luton. You will be joining our already well-established vibrant team in Supporting all our Customers from Meet & Greet, Reception, Administration, Data Input, 1-2-1 Interviews and Pastoral Care. There may be occasions when you are required to attend local organizations and participate in low level marketing!

You must have a warm personality, excellent interpersonal skills and love dealing with people on a 1-2-1 & group basis while showing empathy and building a rapport with our Team-Members & Customers/Clients. All underpinned with being well-organized, good IT Skills, an eye for detail whilst using your own initiative but knowing when to ask for help!

  • A Positive Attitude and Approach, a Nice Person who is willing to listen, learn, and support.
  • Flexibility, Good Customer Service, Motivated and willing to develop your Confidence within the role.

  • Good Command of English, written & speaking
  • Happy to Travel & Use of car.
