Our client, a leading organisation within the educational field, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant to provide critical support to the Group Executive Team.

Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to the Group Executive, including managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.
- Professional Correspondence: Draft, proofread, and edit reports, letters, and documents to an impeccable standard. Ensure all reports and presentations are polished and ready for a variety of audiences.
- Meeting Management: Arrange and coordinate both internal and external meetings, ensuring all papers, minutes, and arrangements are prepared. Follow up on action items and convey priorities to relevant staff.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed satisfactorily.
- Project Work: Conduct research and prepare background reports on various topics to support the Group Executives in decision-making and strategy development.
- Office Organisation: Maintain up-to-date records, files, and data for the Group Executive's office. Review and recommend improvements to existing processes and systems.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator supporting senior management is essential.
- Qualifications: Will have a suitable qualification to support this roles demands.
- Skills: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) are a must, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attributes: A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail, high levels of confidentiality, and a professional demeanour. A team player who is comfortable working across various departments and stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Willingness to attend college events such as enrolments and open evenings, with time off in lieu provided.
