My client is looking for a talented Architectural Technician with a keen eye for detail and strong technical skills to join their friendly team in Chester. The RIBA chartered team has a dynamic portfolio across the Residential, Hospitality and Commercial sectors and focuses on creating bespoke, innovative designs. The well-established practice always provides imaginative and high-quality solutions to ensure every client's brief is exceeded.
The successful Architectural Technician will have sufficient post qualification experience and should have creative design skills and excellent technical abilities. Ideally you will have managed a small team and should have worked on Commercial and Residential projects previously. Microstation knowledge is beneficial.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- A relevant HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology
- Sufficient post-qualification experience
- Residential and Commercial experience is beneficial
- Able to complete projects in adherence to deadlines
- Strong technical abilities
- Brilliant knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident liaising with clients, stakeholders and the wider team
- Local to the Chester area
- Microstation knowledge is essential
