The Opportunity:

Reporting into senior leadership, join as the first sales hire focussing on mid-market and larger opportunities.

This business have seen incredible success selling into the SMB space and clearly have a product that the market desires! They're keen to push on with this and grow their sales pipeline!

This is a consultative sales role to the extreme! Yes, you'll take advantage of sales tech, Lusha, Sales-Nav and be calling int business also. But we want a strong networker, someone not afraid to sit a prospect lunch, grab a late evening coffee or attend an event where your prospects will be.

That said, it's sales role so you've got to deliver!

Identify, engage and secure new revenue and then take advantage of relationships to further grow your pipeline. At the end of the day, your numbers will do the talking!

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A pure sales hunter with experience in a high-paced SaaS sales environment.
  • You thrive in the fast-paced environment of a growth-stage company
  • A track record of closing deals with values in excess of £30k in sales cycles that can range from 3 - 9 months and delivering against a $1mil revenue quota.
  • Curious, disciplined, and consultatively oriented with strong networking skills.
  • Real gravitas - we want someone that can own whatever situation they are in!
  • Confidence, self-awareness and a little ego! (It's not a bad thing!)
  • A keen learner! Someone that is always looking to be better!
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The Package

  • Basic salary up to £80k, double OTE and uncapped Comms. Equity is also offered
  • 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays.
