Payroll Officer

Our client, a national charity is seeking a payroll officer to join their large finance team.
Main duties and responsibilities include -
- Process monthly payroll including the calculation of statutory deductions. Preparation of submissions to the HMRC including NI and income tax
- Prepare a post payroll reports to the nominal ledgers and reconcile control and loan accounts
- Produce monthly debit statements, deal with queries from staff and provide payroll information to HR and HMRC
About you -
- You will have experience working within a payroll team
- You will understand how HMRC legislation
- You will have exposure working on a complex payroll system
- You will have excellent interpersonal skills
