Job description:

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Support Coordinator to work closely with one of our Key Accounts. You will be their trusted onsite support, keeping their vehicles running and our excellent relationship strong.

You will be based full-time at our client's site in Bescot, Walsall working alongside their Customer Service Team. You will process parts orders for collection at LKQ Euro Car Parts locations for their Mobile SMR Technician Team, ensuring parts are ready for collection prior to their customer appointments. This role will include placing original equipment (OE) dealer buyouts and producing basic excel transaction reports for the RAC management team.

The role will build strategic relationships, providing comprehensive and innovative support alongside our customer and requires someone who is self sufficient and highly professional and a credible ambassador for LKQ ECP Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Mobile Technicians to ensure parts are ordered and ready for collection
  • Completing OE dealer buyouts
  • Providing basic parts technical assistance to the customer service team
  • Assisting Technicians with any customer service issues at LKQ Euro Car Parts branches
  • Providing reports back to the management team upon request

Skills and Experience

  • Technical sales admin experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Professional to work on client site effectively and support the customers' requirements.
