About the Role:
In this position, you'll provide 1st and 2nd Line Support while managing customer requests in line with SLAs. If you're looking for a chance to build on your current skills and step into a more challenging environment, this is the role for you!
What You'll Need:
- Experience with ITIL practices
- Strong knowledge of Azure, Active Directory, and Office 365
- Proficiency in Windows 10
- Experience in call logging, remote support, and desktop support
- ServiceNow (desired)
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting abilities
