Health, Safety and Quality Coordinator

£30,000 Per Annum

Our client, Are looking for a Health, Safety and Quality Coordinator to ensure their quality department is compliant with regulatory standards, maintaining protocols and promoting quality management practices.

Health, Safety and Quality Coordinator Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Compile and prepare reports on HSQ metrics and performance indicators
  • Carry out internal audits and support external audits by providing necessary documentation and information
  • Prepare all risk assessments and method statements as required by the business.
  • Log and track incidents, accidents and near misses - assisting in the investigation of incidents and the implementation of corrective actions
  • Maintain the risk assessment register and support risk assessment processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of health, safety, and quality documentation
  • Assist in the preparation and updating of HSQ manuals, policies, and procedures
  • Co-Ordinate HSQ training programs and maintain training records and matrix
  • Assist in the development of training materials and resources
  • Monitor and report on training compliance
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support the HSQ department
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, training sessions and audits
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and distribute documentation
  • Provide support for the complication of Operational and Maintenance Manuals

The ideal Health, Safety and Quality Coordinator will:

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably within a health, safety, and quality context
  • Understanding of HSQ principles and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
  • IOSH and/or NEBOSH Certification or equivalent

Working Hours + Benefits:

  • Office-based with occasional travel to other company sites as required.
  • Working Hours 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday
  • 20 Days Holiday
  • Company Pension Scheme
