Are you a detail-oriented, proactive individual with a passion for recruitment? Join our clients dynamic team in Eastleigh, Hampshire as a Recruitment Administrator and play a pivotal role in shaping their workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Role Knowledge - Gain a deep understanding of various roles within our business to effectively identify candidate skills that match our vacancies.
  • Collaborative Teamwork - Work closely with all members of the Recruitment Team, ensuring smooth and efficient recruitment processes.
  • Applicant Screening - Conduct initial screenings of applicants against job descriptions to ensure all essential competency requirements are met.
  • Meeting Coordination - Schedule and organize 'role take on' meetings with Hiring Managers and Talent Advisors to plan the recruitment timetable.
  • Interview Scheduling - Liaise with candidates and hiring managers to arrange interviews, both online and face-to-face.
  • Process Improvement - Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and improve recruitment process efficiency.
  • HR/Recruitment Projects -Participate in HR and recruitment projects aimed at improving our processes and systems.

Qualifications & Personal Attributes

:

  • Recruitment Expertise - Knowledge of recruitment best practices and previous experience in a high-pressured recruitment or HR department is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills - Professional and confident with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of forming effective relationships at all levels and communicating well in various formats.
  • Attention to Detail - Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Organisational Skills - Excellent planning and organizational skills, with diary management experience.
  • IT Proficiency - Good IT skills, ideally with experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Collaborative Mindset - Highly collaborative and always seeking ways to improve.
  • Flexibility & Resilience - Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage conflicting priorities, and manage expectations effectively.
  • Proactive Approach - A positive, proactive approach to resolving situations, using your own initiative where appropriate.
