We're looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join this talented French restaurant near Central London. The right Junior Sous Chef will have an extensive background working with Fresh food and used to working in a restaurant kitchen environment. The ideal Junior Sous Chef would preferably have experience in an AA Rosette kitchen and be used to working to high standards.
This restaurant really prides themselves on looking after the team, giving 6 weeks' holiday per year with restaurant closures and taking the team out quarterly to some of London's nicest dining spots.
