MI Analyst

What you'll be doing:

As an MI Analyst you will be providing relevant MI to support the operations function by analysing data and trends to assist in making teams more efficient with day to day activities.

  • Produce daily, weekly and monthly MI reports within Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs.
  • Use multiple system databases to capture MI across all departments within Operations.
  • Work with team leaders to get stats on team members and report back on the department's workloads, looking at incoming work, completed work and SLA's.
  • Analyse reasons for customer contact using information received from customer surveys, phone calls and emails.
  • Help to improve the systems databases by working with IT departments to ensure the data being captured is accurate and reflective of the workloads being received.

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and technical mind-set
  • Ability to work with and across other business units
  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines within tight timelines
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft Excel to an intermediate level
