We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Administrator to join a growing company based in Bicester. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of up to £30,000, where you'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction while also handling important administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage customer support requests, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Handle inquiries and provide solutions to customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with technical support requests, providing guidance or escalating to the appropriate teams as needed.
  • Manage and update customer records in CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform general office administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Track customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in the service process.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous customer service experience is essential.
  • Ideally, experience in technical support or system administration, or a strong interest in learning these areas.
  • Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
