Opportunity for a full time experienced Lettings Manager to join our team. We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual who will embrace our customer service-based ethos.
The Role
As the Lettings Manager you will be required to run and grow the lettings business and deal with the day-to-day management of properties within the Residential Sales & Lettings portfolio. Applicants will be required to hold a full driving license with their own vehicle.

- Proven experience managing and mentoring the team
- Ability to delegate and prioritise tasks
- Perform all aspects of lettings workflow from list to managed status
- Provide outstanding customer service and customer experience
- Ability to learn new systems and adapt to a changing environment
- Assist when needed all aspects of business
- Providing property management advice to existing and potential customers
- Prospecting for potential clients and performing rental valuations
Qualifications
- IT Literate with knowledge of MS Office, emails systems, internet and social media platforms and ability to learn and navigate a multitude of cloud based management software sytems for the day to day lettings management.
- Preferred experience in both sales and lettings administration & property management.
- ARLA qualified or willingness to obtain
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure whilst maintaining excellent customer service.Previous face-to face customer experience.
- A strong work ethic and ability to work positively and proactively without supervision.
- Familiarity with lettings regulations and procedures
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with an excellent telephone manner
- A team player, happy to help with all aspects of the business as and when required.
