A Finance Business Partner role in a market-leading Stonehouse-based manufacturer. This is an office-based role in which you will work closely with operations and manufacturing colleagues and provide them with financial insight to a range of business metrics.
Role responsibilities
- Business partnering with Operations to drive bottom line improvements
- Providing analysis and insight that informs commercial decision-making
- Taking ownership of the operational budget
- Weekly and monthly reporting across a range of KPIs
- Undertaking project-based work for specific business initiatives
- Month-end variance analysis and support with month-end close process
- Support with internal and external audit
Candidate background
- A qualified accountant ideally (QBE may be considered alongside extensive manufacturing experience)
- Experience of working in a business partnering capacity
- Excellent communication skills. Builds relationships across all levels and departments
- Strong IT skills, in particular Excel
- Accurate, numerate and with the potential to progress through the business
