Role Purpose

As a Project Manager at Prophecy, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of our innovative solutions for our valued customers across the EMEA region. You will lead and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial rollout to completion, ensuring that our customers achieve their desired outcomes and realise the full potential of our products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Way: Conduct project planning sessions, requirements gathering workshops, and develop comprehensive project scope, plans, and resource allocations.
  • Empower Collaboration: Coordinate with team managers to assign project tasks, monitor progress, address challenges, and facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Champion Customer Success: Manage customer expectations, ensure satisfaction, and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive Results: Utilize PMO tools to monitor project performance, maintain comprehensive documentation, and conduct lessons learned meetings to continuously improve project delivery.
  • Be a Problem Solver: Proactively identify and resolve issues, escalate concerns as needed, and work closely with internal teams to eliminate blockers and ensure project success.
  • Deliver Excellence: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  • Embrace Continuous Improvement: Conduct lessons learned meetings and project reviews to identify areas for optimization and enhance future project outcomes.
  • Contribute to Our Growth: Support the COO or Head of Customer Delivery in various initiatives and activities as requested.
  • Establishandmaintaineffectiverelationshipswithteammembers,keypeopleleaders(internalandexternal), and stakeholders using effective communication strategies.
  • Performotherrelateddutiesasassigned,withinyourscopeofpracticeandskillset.
  • Participate in Performance Reviews, Training Via KnowBE4 Application, Career Development, and Learning & Development as required.
  • You are both an individual contributor as well as a team member, do right by both.
  • Other duties and activities as directed by the Head of PM, COO or Other Leadership.

Key Relationships

Internal:

  • Collaborate closely with PMO, Consulting, Support, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and effective project delivery.

External:

  • Build strong relationships with customers and partners, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their satisfaction.

Requirements

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management within the IT industry.
  • Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and establish trust.
  • Ability to handle escalations with professionalism and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to foster team dynamics, engage and motivate team members, and coach for performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, planning, organization, decision-making, and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and delegate effectively.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including strong multitasking and time-management abilities.

Highly Desirable:

  • Experience using Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or SCRUM.
  • Current knowledge of technical advancements and a desire to continually learn new processes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Contact center reporting/KPI knowledge and experience.
  • Business Intelligence/data analytics experience (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
  • Knowledge of CX/contact center solutions (Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect or other CCaaS Platforms).
  • Security knowledge related to enterprise application deployment and regulatory requirements (PCI, PII, GDPR, etc.).
