Our client is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to work in their new and exciting countryside pub based just outside of Haywards Heath, the pub has been completely renovated with over 1 million pounds of investment, which includes a brand-new modern kitchen.
The vision for the pub is to produce high quality pub classics, alongside more refined dishes where the Chefs will get to express themselves. As the Chef de Partie you will be a key part of the team and heavily involved in the day to day running of the kitchen and involved in menu development.
This is an amazing opportunity for an energetic and ambitious Chef de Partie that wants to take their career to the next level. Previous experience within a similar environment is preferable but not essential and you must have at least 2 year's cooking experience within a busy environment.
