Manager, Wilmslow, £50,000-£55,000
Due to continued growth, an accountancy practice in Wilmslow is recruiting for a Manager who has ambition and the drive to deliver their accountancy services to their clients.
For the right person, there would be the opportunity to progress to Director and to become a co-owner of the business.
The business has a diverse range of clients from SME businesses to multi-national million-pound turnover corporate entities.
Duties/Overview
- Managing a team of staff
- Managing a portfolio of clients
- Review of annual accounts
- Review of corporation tax
- Managing a £200k portfolio of clients
- Preparation of annual accounts
- Preparation of corporation tax returns
- Preparing detailed management accounts in excel
- Training staff
- Meeting potential new clients, sending proposals and helping on board new clients

Requirements
- Experience of working in a practice including managing clients.
- Experienced in completing year-end accounts
- AAT/ACA/ACCA qualified.
- Can-do attitude
