Title: HRIS Administrator
Location: Horsham - Hybrid Contract: 3 months Rate: £14-£17 per hour
JGA are partnered with an International company in Horsham who are looking for an experienced HRIS Administrator on contact basis. The HRIS (Human Resource Information System) Administrator is responsible for the support, maintenance, and optimisation of the organisation's HRIS platform(s). The HRIS Administrator will manage system configurations, provide technical support to HR and employees, ensure data integrity, generate reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes through technology. This role plays a critical part in leveraging HRIS systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR department.
This is a hybrid role, 2 days per week in the Horsham office.
Responsibilities:
- Downloading a range of HR information from a legacy system and uploading into the new implemented HRIS.
- Maintain and administer the HRIS, ensuring accurate employee data and system functionality.
- Perform regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, working with vendors and IT as needed.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS-related queries and issues.
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and work with internal teams or external vendors to resolve them.
Qualifications
:
- Experience / knowledge in HRIS software – Sage / Workday
- Intermediate / advanced technical skills (MS Office etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
