The Role:

This is an exciting and creative role with a lot of room for growth and development. This role will require you to travel to different sites to gather content for marketing purposes and consequently, this role requires a level of flexibility.

You will be responsible for running the social media channels therefore a previous background in corporate social media, content creation or digital marketing is preferable. This role is ideal for a post grad role with someone looking to gain experience however would also be suitable for any level. It is essential that you are an ambitious and creative person that wishes to make the role their own. In addition, another exciting aspect that you will be responsible for is the digitalisation of our existing training platform and materials. This involves taking a hands-on and creative approach to this project and the ability to work with people throughout the business to create and develop high quality training materials. This will also include traveling to sites to gather content to be used within the training materials.

The overarching aim of this role is to promote our company and services and demonstrate the businesses key selling points and experience. Ultimately to ensure that Sasse is maintaining a key social media presence whilst adhering to the company ethos and demonstrating our ongoing development. We want our public media to reflect the vibrancy and service excellence we provide for our clients and employees.

Your Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities and requirements include but are not limited to:

  • Travelling to various work sites to gather content for our platforms
  • Running and managing our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X)
  • Creating engaging and relevant content
  • Creative content writing (Blogs, social media captions etc.)
  • Administration and digitalisation of our training platform for various departments throughout the business (ELearnio)
  • Creating and developing high quality training materials (ELearnio)
  • Administration of our inhouse employee platform (The Hive)
  • Engaging with employees throughout the business to be aware of potential content coming up
  • Comprehensive IT literacy (Word, outlook, teams etc.)
  • Ability to use creative platforms (Canva)
  • Assist in assigned digital projects in line with your skill set

About you:

You will preferably have a strong knowledge and understanding of social media and digital marketing.
You must have a valid UK driving licence as you will mainly be required to use your own vehicle to travel to our customer sites (mileage and travel expenses will be reimbursed). The candidate must be located within the home counties in order to travel to our head office in High Wycombe and be able to access our sites.
IT literacy and creative understanding of social media platforms is essential. Correct grammar, writing skills and photography skills are also essential to ensure success in the role. The candidate must work well independently and be able to reach and set specific targets as well as communicating their successes and barriers transparently.
