Reed HR are pleased to be working with a well established business looking to add a People & Events Administrator to their team. Initially an FTC with the potential for to go permanent.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Culture, Engagement, and Events:

  • Project manage a range of cultural activities and events, ensuring they support our values and encourage engagement and wellbeing.

  • Align all engagement activities with the department strategy, covering recruitment, induction, and learning and development.

  • Provide an exceptional employee experience from recruitment to recognition and reward, in line with our engagement strategy.

  • Manage engagement metrics and data, ensuring high levels of accuracy and relevance.

  • Design and implement community, education, and outreach programmes.

  • Onboarding Experience:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs that introduce new hires to our company culture, values, and expectations.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent team to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

  • Continuously improve the onboarding process based on feedback from new hires.

  • Training and Development:

  • Work with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop effective learning solutions.

  • Maintain accurate training records and support the evaluation of training initiatives.

  • Assist managers in developing their team members through training, performance management, and career pathing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role focused on employee engagement, training, or event management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and engagement.
  • Ability to adhere to policies and practices while being flexible to meet the needs of the business.
