About the Role: Seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our client's busy sales support division. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities will include preparing quotations, obtaining prices from suppliers, raising order sheets, and maintaining our CRM database. You will also have the opportunity to visit customers with our service engineers to promote new products and improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support existing and new customers via phone and email
- Prepare quotations and gather information for customer offers
- Obtain prices from suppliers and internal departments
- Cost components by gathering material costs and labour hours
- Raise order sheets for spare parts, repairs, and service technician visits
- Proactively contact customers to offer newly developed products
- Maintain CRM database with customer details and documents
- Handle field-service travel arrangements
- Arrange for components to be prepared for service engineers
- Collaborate with sales representatives to solve service, repair, warranty, and parts-related problems
