Gap Personnel (operating as an employment business) are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for our client in Telford, Shropshire . The role is a permanent role for an experienced Customer Service Advisor
Hours of work:
Monday - Friday
9am - 5pm
Pay
£26,000 - £27,000 per annum dependent on experience
Description and key responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor:
- You will be responsible for the delivery of excellent customer service to customers
- Working closely with the solutions teams to support customers
- Working via phone and email
- Handle all enquiries received
- Working proficiently to provide quotes
- Process and monitor customer orders
- Dealing with complaints professionally and escalating where necessary
Qualifications and skills required as a Customer Service Advisor:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self motivator
- High levels of accuracy
- Excellent levels of spoken and written English
