My client based in Sedgefield is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their dynamic conveyancing team. We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding client service. Key Responsibilities:
- Audio typing of legal correspondence and documentation.
- Liaising with clients both in-person and over the phone.
- Organising diaries and managing appointments.
- Using the Land Registry Portal for property searches and registrations.
- Preparing legal documents related to residential conveyancing.
- Coordinating with third parties (solicitors, estate agents, etc.).
- Managing cases on our fully electronic case management system (training provided).
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent typing skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience or knowledge in residential conveyancing is essential.
- Confident telephone manner and the ability to engage with clients effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
Additional information:
- Generous Holiday Allowance: 25 days annual leave, plus an extra day for your birthday, all bank holidays, and no need to reserve days for the office closure over Christmas.
- Salary: £12.50ph.
- Working hours: 9am-5pm
