Job Role: Account Manager (based Remotely but some travel required), Salary £28k (Rising to £31k after 6 months and £34k after 12 months based on performance), Company car + Excellent career progression

Account Manager Role Description:

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team.

Reporting into the Head of Sales and taking responsibility for the development of plans and strategy for their accounts including budgets.

By assisting established National Account Manager's to develop skills and understanding of our business, leading to progression to National Account Manager in 18-24 months.

Account Manager Job duties:

  • Drive sales and revenue growth in their accounts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long term success
  • Identify and attract new business
  • Support NAM's on account development and on targeted growth projects
  • Manage their Account budgets
  • Support the Marketing team to deliver new product strategies to market

Account Manager profile

  • Some experience in FMCG sales and account management essential (at least 1 years Account management experience required)
  • Proven sales track record of increasing sales and revenue
  • Good educational background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Driven with an excellent attitude and approach to their work
  • Outgoing personality, keen on developing excellent customer relationships
  • Remote based role with some travel required
