Description
Bookkeeper (Quickbooks):
- Manage and maintain financial records in Quickbooks software, for 12 serpate companies
- Carry out reconciliations and produce financial reports
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure financial accuracy
- Liaise with external auditors and manage internal audits
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Support the team with ad hoc financial tasks
Profile
A successful Bookkeeper (Quickbooks) should have:
- Proficiency in Quickbooks
- Experience of dealing with high volume transactions for multiple companies
- A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and team-working abilities
- A relevant educational background in Accounting, Finance or related field
