I am delighted to be working with our client who are now looking to expand their Sales team. They are an award winning company who specialise in property investment solutions.

The Administrator role is ideally suited to a candidate who is now looking to start a career in Property Finance.

Role Responsibilities:

Arranging and booking appointments for the BDM team

Liaising and dealing with the underwriting team

Creating files and terms for clients

Chasing outstanding documentation from clients

Creating and producing quotes for clients

Liaising and working with external business relationships ( solicitors and surveyors etc )

Requirements

Individual to have 6 months experience in a office environment.

Understanding of property/finance would be beneficial

Salary up to £25,000 plus strong benefits.
