Our client is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to join their small but perfectly formed team in the heart of Bristol.

As a key player in the marketing team, you'll be responsible for digital and analogue marketing channels, maximising the reach and impact of all campaigns. Working closely with the Marketing Director, you'll execute a well-planned marketing calendar filled with seasonal campaigns and special events.

Your ideas will be the secret sauce that ensures these restaurant venues' campaigns don't just stand out - they shine. From the website to print collateral, digital ads to social media, you'll keep every owned and paid channel up-to-date with vibrant, on-brand messaging.

You'll also need a keen eye for data. Reporting on campaigns, you'll work hand-in-hand with the Marketing Director to transform results into actionable insights, helping to refine and elevate future efforts.

It's a close-knit team with plenty of room to make your mark.

You'll be in charge of creating and executing seasonal campaign briefs, including experience days.With a strong creative streak, you'll brief the design agency to craft innovative campaigns for key moments throughout the year - think Summer, Christmas, new menu launches, and more. Overseeing all campaign print and digital assets, including POS, will be your domain. You'll work with an in-house graphic designer and an external design agency to ensure every menu and piece of collateral is on point.

Your digital strategy skills will come into play as you execute paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other channels, driving awareness, reach, and booking conversions. When new restaurant venues open, you'll take the reins, planning launch campaigns that build buzz, awareness, and sales.

You'll be responsible for monthly digital channel reports, feeding into broader marketing reports for the executive board. Regular updates to the website will also be on your to-do list, ensuring it's always up-to-date, consistent, and optimised for SEO. Speaking of SEO, you'll identify and execute spend on SEO/PPC to maximise brand reach, ensuring every campaign gets the attention it deserves. Working closely with the central reservations team, you'll identify sales opportunities and direct paid channels to promote campaigns that convert.

What you'll need to have and be:

  • At least five years of marketing experience
  • Hyper-organised with strong timeline and deadline management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Hospitality experience is a bonus but not essential
  • A completer-finisher mentality
  • Experience with GA4 for digital reporting
  • Proficient in software like WordPress, Yext, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Canva
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Airship
  • Friendly, personable, and ready to roll up your sleeves
