Description
- Lead and manage the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of high-calibre candidates.
- Oversee HR operations, maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in line with the business objectives.
- Foster a positive working environment, cultivating a strong company culture.
- Manage employee relations, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Monitor HR metrics such as employee turnover and retention rates.
- Conduct performance management and provide feedback.
- Develop and implement training and development programmes.
Profile
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar Recruitment or HR role within the industrial / manufacturing sector.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Knowledge of employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
Job Offer
