We're delighted to be partnering with a leading Charity/ Not-for-Profit organisation based in South East London, who are currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join the team on a seven month Fixed Term Contract.
What's on offer:
The role is 37.5 hours per week with flexible working and with an excellent hybrid working set up of 3 days on site and 2 days working from home. The salary on offer for this role is £50,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will hold a relevant degree or professional qualification from recognised accountancy bodies (e.g., CIMA/ACCA/ACA) and have experience dealing with budgets of over £10 million in value.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
- Work closely with Director of Finance and Head of Finance in driving the annual planning, budgeting and forecasting for the organisation with values over £10million
- Support and guide budget holders and senior managers in their financial management responsibilities, which included preparation and management of phased budgets
- Provide analysis and insight to the monthly management accounts
- Support other directorates in the preparation of business proposals and challenge these effectively
- Build financial models, provide insights on new business opportunitie and guide budget holders through financial decision making processes
- Coach the management accountant on repeating frameworks, collaborate wuth team members and contribute to the overall success of the organisations
Experience required:
- ACCA / CIMA/ ACA qualified
- Experience dealing with budgets of over £10 million
- Power BI finance system - desirable
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Ability to communicate with the senior leadership team
- Organised and can manage workloads effectively
