Your new role
This Junior Accounts Assistant role has come about due to an internal promotion. You will join an existing finance team of six people. Your primary responsibilities will focus on Accounts Payable; processing supplier invoices, dealing with Purchase Ledger queries, preparation of payment runs. Additionally, you will assist with month-end journals, deal with petty cash and investigate/resolve any supplier queries.
What you'll need to succeed
This is an entry level role in which little to no experience is required. If you are a recent college leaver or gradudate and are looking to kickstart your finance career, this could be the job for you! The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and keen to learn, well-organised with strong attention to detail.

You will work within a friendly and sociable finance team. Flexible working options are available with hybrid working of 3 days in the office and 2 from home each week. Standard working hours are 9:30-17:30, Monday to Friday.
