Dispute Resolution Solicitor opportunity to join award-winning team, within a successful and expanding firm. You will be providing long-term support to both business and individual clients in a wide variety of commercial and civil litigation matters.
Day to Day of the role:
- Take ownership of your own cases in commercial litigation, delivering exceptional client care.
- Provide support to senior lawyers in complex, high-stakes commercial disputes within the High Court.
- Contribute to the execution of our Department's Business Development Plan, fostering new client relationships and aiding in departmental growth.
- Engage in high-quality work, broadening your legal expertise and contributing to the firm's ambitious approach.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor/CILEX with a minimum of four years' robust experience in dispute resolution.
- Strong background in commercial litigation; experience in insolvency is advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage cases independently and provide support in complex legal matters.
- Demonstrated skills in business development and client relationship cultivation.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and training.
