Salary: £32,974.29 plus Van, Power tools and Overtime

We're looking for Multi Trade Operatives who want to make a difference and help deliver our purpose for warm, safe and affordable homes for our tenants.

You'll become a valued member of the Centigen repairs and maintenance team, providing a first-class property service delivery to our tenants.

What you'll have
- A proven track record of working in Housing/Maintenance/Construction industry
- A relevant trade qualification and/or experience in relation to building maintenance and repairs
- A proven ability to diagnose/problem solve, undertake and complete work to high levels of quality and customer satisfaction
- A thorough understanding and commitment to health and safety
- A strong work ethic, knows what good looks like and the drive to complete work to an excellent standard without close supervision
- Is a people person with excellent customer service skills
- A valid UK driving licence and the ability to travel to our homes in the Forrest of Dean area.
