I am super exciting to one again be exclusively partnering with one of the UKs biggest & well-loved streetwear brands on the search for a new Senior E-commerce Manager. With a brand new office space & a well-established culture within the team, this role is perfect for a manager looking for that next step in their career.

So what will you be doing?

You will lead and oversee the entire online strategy, ensuring seamless and effective operations across all 3 of the sites you will be managing. Working closely with the Head of Digital, you will be managing the ecommerce team, optimizing product listings, and driving online marketing initiatives to boost sales and customer engagement.

Role

  • Oversee overall P&L, including marketing and operational costs.
  • Report overall performance to the senior leadership team.
  • Manage trading performance at market and regional levels to ensure targets are met.
  • Review and approve commercial plans for various markets.
  • Lead digital teams to ensure strong performance across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with commercial finance to plan budgets, re-forecasts, and identify operational improvements.
  • Support long-term strategies in partnership with the head of digital.
  • Provide updates daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Utilize internal analytics teams and third-party tools to drive insights and support trade activities.
  • Understand the basics of performance channels such as paid media, affiliates, CRM, and SEO.
  • Handle out-of-hours contacts and resolve issues with respective teams.
  • Adapt to a dynamic environment with an open, flexible, and supportive approach to change and innovation.
  • Oversee the development of trading managers, executives, and merchandisers through regular informal and formal catch-ups, including monthly PDPs.
  • Manage the team's workload and ensure timely action on all activities.
  • Maintain and support relationships with brand partners and third parties.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience managing a business P&L.
  • Proficient in handling large datasets and using reporting tools.
  • Experienced in leading a trading function.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally across different departments.
  • Capable of developing and upskilling team members.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
