We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to be based around our site in Marlow, with infrequent travel across the different sites.

The role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, attracting, screening, and hiring the best candidates for diverse roles within our organization. Your role will be pivotal in collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, crafting innovative recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate journey from start to finish.

You will work on the following:

  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Work closely with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and attract candidates through online job postings, resume databases, professional networks, and other relevant channels.
  • Screening and Selection: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles. Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and priorities. Provide guidance and support in crafting job descriptions, defining candidate profiles, and conducting interviews.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and promotion of the organization's employer brand. Showcase the company culture, values, and opportunities for career growth to attract top talent and enhance the employer brand reputation.

The person

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (ideally in-house)
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to attract diverse talent
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and recruitment trends
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools/software.
