I am currently working with an exciting banking client, who is looking for a Real Time and Resource Manager to join their team. This role is crucial in ensuring that service level agreements and resource management align with their expectations.
You will work closely with Operations Managers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, allocating work effectively to meet business needs. If you have a strong background in contact centre operations, workforce management, and can drive productivity improvements, this role is for you.
