Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client's Procurement team.

In this key role, you will support the efficient acquisition of products, to meet project deadlines and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and enter purchase orders to the system
  • Communicate purchase orders to relevant suppliers and ensure timely follow-up
  • Share survey details with engineers
  • Address and resolve delivery issues from operatives
  • Prepare and manage documentation for Goods Returns
  • Coordinate with suppliers to follow up on quotes and resolve purchase invoice discrepancies
  • Assist in maintaining the database to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information
  • Collaborate with the Stores and Procurement Manager to conduct and document regular stock checks

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in an Administrative role is essential, previous Buying, Procurement or Sales Admin experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to work a fast pace, to deadlines
  • IT Savvy, confident to learn new systems

Details:

Title: Procurement Coordinator

Salary: £28,000 to £29,000

Location: Winnersh

Contract: Permanent, full-time
