Accounts Assistant

The successful applicant:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Excel
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Accounts
  • Excellent numeracy skills with an attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Quick learner, team player, positive attitude
  • Strong organisational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Posting high volume PO's and invoices daily
  • Checking and processing payments of supplier invoices
  • Working with Commercial Team UK and Prague Team on daily basis
  • Help with Quarterly VAT return and filing
  • Preparation of monthly budget reports for EPCM Meeting
  • Maintain proper records & files
  • Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries
  • Collaborating with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
  • Adding new suppliers to CPM after commercial accreditation
  • Commercial accreditation process
  • Balancing all supplier statements and investigate differences
  • Collaborating for reconciliation
