Description
If you successful you will be responsible for:
- Processing and recording financial transactions accurately
- Maintaining and updating the purchase ledger
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Preparing payment runs
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc duties
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Contributing to the overall efficiency of the accounting and finance department
Profile
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
- A solid understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
