Job Title: Class 1 and Class 2 HGV Drivers

Salary: £13 Per Hour
Job Description: We are seeking experienced and professional Class 1 and Class 2 HGV Drivers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods to our clients across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Class 1 or Class 2 HGVs in compliance with road traffic laws.
- Perform pre and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Ensure the safe loading and unloading of goods.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and logbooks.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding transportation.
- Communicate effectively with the transport office and customers.
- Handle goods with care to avoid damage.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 or Class 2 HGV license.
- CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence).
- Digital Tachograph Card.
- Minimum of 1 year of HGV driving experience.
- Good knowledge of road safety regulations.
- Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
