Job Title: Permitting Consultant
Location: Keighley, Yorkshire - BD21
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum plus Car Allowance
Role: Permanent - Full-Time

They are looking for a skilled and motivated Permitting Consultant to join their expert team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the permitting process for a variety of mineral projects, ensuring that all applications comply with regulatory requirements and best practices. Permitting Consultant Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the mineral permitting process for various projects.
- Prepare and submit permit applications, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance with regulations.
- Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders to facilitate the permitting process.
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments as required.
- Stay informed about changes in legislation, policies, and best practices related to mineral permitting.
- Provide expert advice and support to clients throughout the permitting process.
- Monitor and report on the status of permit applications, ensuring timely approvals.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Planning, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience in mineral permitting or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of UK planning and environmental legislation related to mineral development.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
