Role Overview:
- As an IFA, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including existing clients and new prospects.
- We're open to applications from experienced IFAs as well as trainees or junior advisors.
- Collaborate with our team of four directors, administrative staff, and paraplanners who provide essential support.
- Utilise their efficient back-office systems and cutting-edge research tools to enhance your productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments for clients, considering their unique needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
- Provide tailored advice on investments, pensions, insurance, and estate planning.
- Foster strong client relationships through regular reviews and proactive communication.
- Contribute to business growth by acquiring new clients and meeting performance targets.
Requirements:
- Qualified as an IFA (Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- A proactive approach to business development and client acquisition.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid model, combining office-based and client-facing activities.
